  • Processing of data will take place based on the principles of correctness, legitimacy and transparency so as to safeguard your confidentiality and your rights in accordance with the Privacy regulations.
  • Providing the data in question is compulsory, and receiving your consent is not required for the complete execution of the current contractual relationship, for the execution of legal requirements. Any refusal to provide the data, in whole or in part, may prevent the contractual relations from proceeding or the related actions from being performed.
  • Failure to supply any data that are not connected with legal or contractual obligations, on the other hand, shall be evaluated by the undersigned on a case by case basis to determine consequent decisions in relation to how important the requested data are to the handling of business dealings.
  • In addition to the communication and dissemination of data in the performance of legal obligations, data may also be communicated to the following entities in Italy and/or abroad, in conformity with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (arts. 42, 43, 44 3, 45), and only for the purposes inherent to, connected with, and/or instrumental to compliance with legal and/or contractual obligations:

    • the post office or other companies that deliver correspondence
    • For such purposes your personal data may be communicated to the following categories of persons in charge of the processing and/or data processors: employees of the Administration and Personnel, Business, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Shipping, Quality, EDP, Security, and Reception offices.
    • Data will be handled for the entire duration of the contractual relations that have been established and beyond that, where necessary, to fulfill all legal obligations as well as for future purposes regarding business, management, statistics, market analysis, past records, and protection, control, and management of credit.
    • With reference to the data in question, your company is entitled to exercise its rights as laid down in art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no.196/2003 (shown below) within the limits and terms laid down in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the above-mentioned legislative decree.

Italian Legislative Decree no. 193/2003 - Art. 7. Right to access personal data and other rights
